Sjogren Industries will be showcasing its product line, utilising a fully functioning wire-pulling machine to demonstrate the features and benefits of its rollers and straighteners. In 2017 Sjogren Industries celebrated its 90th anniversary by launching two new products – the static dancer roll (SDR) and the pivot bar (PB) series; by expanding its workforce; and by introducing a new preventative maintenance programme for grooved rolls. The static dancer roll (patent pending) replaces the conventional dancer roller or tuner roller on a wire drawing machine. With the conventional roller, the combination of high heat, draw lube contamination and general wear causes wire surface scratching, ball bearing seizure and constant maintenance.
