Brazil-based Madem Reels Group, a manufacturer of wooden reels for the wire and cable industry, has embarked on a joint venture with USA-based Moorecraft Reels, Inc. The venture, Madem-Moorecraft Reels USA, will provide wooden cable reels throughout North America. Madem Reels will provide its proprietary manufacturing technology, including CNC and ink jet machinery, to the venture.
