Stainless steel seamless and welded pipes Suraj Limited is a manufacturer and exporter of stainless steel seamless and welded pipes, tubes and ‘U’ tubes, and large diameter welded pipes in various sizes, grades and specifications. The size range for welded products is 6 to 1,016mm OD, with 0.6 to 25mm thickness. Seamless products range from 6 to 323.9mm OD, with 0.8 to 25mm thickness. Campaign production for precision tubes Ethen Rohre offers campaign planning to produce capillary and precision tubes. Tubes of the same material can be produced in fixed periods of time, and so can be planned in advance. Campaign planning has a number of claimed benefits for tube-using companies: shorter delivery times; flexible delivery times thanks to an exact preliminary planning; higher security of supply; less working capital; and optimisation of production processes. Ethen Rohre states that campaign planning provides most benefit if companies cooperate on the basis of firm delivery agreements. This allows companies to rely on guaranteed production capacities at fixed times, to count on their allotment of pipes at a predictable date, and to calculate with agreed terms, which ensures interruption-free production.
