Inductotherm Group welcomes customers from around the world at Thermprocess/GIFA ITL Industries signs Czech expor t order ITL INDUSTRIES Ltd, an Indian manufacturer of tubemills and associated equipment, has secured an export order for two vertical accumulators from a Czech Republic-based manufacturer. The accumulators are designed to accumulate HR/CR strips, which are then fed to the tube mill for tube and pipe manufacturing. The ITL vertical accumulator occupies less floor space than the standard horizontal ones that are available. The vertical accumulators can accommodate strip width up to 320mm, with maximum 3.5mm thickness. the long products division. “There was a queue for our virtual reality experience of welding technologies, as well as our extended reality ‘virtual tours’ of a bar line, vacuum atomiser and forge shop. INDUCTOTHERM Group said it was delighted with the response to its prod- ucts and the networking opportunities at the recent Thermprocess/GIFA show in Düsseldorf, Germany. “We’ve been attending the GIFA and Thermprocess shows for decades and it has always been a great opportunity for us to meet with our customers from around the world. No matter how much the world digitises, there’s nothing more important than establishing and maintaining personal relationships with our customers and partners,” said Gary Doyon, CEO of Inductotherm Group. Messe Düsseldorf welcomed more than 72,500 visitors from 118 countries including China, India, Turkey and Russia to the international show specifically for the thermal processing industry. “At the event we had 70 product managers from 21 countries, speaking more than 30 languages to support our international visitors at Thermprocess/GIFA 2019,” noted Satyen Prabhu, group vice-president of Inductotherm Group. “Our team met with more than 1,000 customers – all day long there were handshakes and smiles, discussions about technology advances, conversations about future projects and business deals.” More than 1,000 customers visited the stand
