Electro-welded pipe products from USM USM MAZZUCCHELLI, based in Italy, has been serving producers of electro- welded pipe – high frequency, TIG and laser – for more than 40 years. In stock it has a wide range of consumables for manufacturing lines of welded pipe.

Products include ferritie cores for high frequency welding, external casing in epoxy fibre, assembled impeders (ferrite and casing) of different lengths, cluster- type impeders, celeron epoxy cotton bars for impeder end stoppers, copper spiral inductors of various shapes (circular, oval and square), soft and raw copper pipes for inductors, Rilsan powder for copper inductor insulation, PTFE Teflon tubes, different inserts and rings for external and internal scarfing, custom- made welding rolls in bronze alloy and ceramic nitride, ceramic bushing, friction saw blades for cold (HSS) and hot saw, guillotine blades, bimetallic band saw blades, tool holders with spare parts for outside scarfing, and mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic inside scarfing tool systems.
