The frequency inverter technology in model 6000S for tubes up to Ø 48mm permits use of the machine at 230V. The rotary power drive consumes around 30 per cent less power than the previous model with 400V power supply. The 6000D model for tubes up to Ø 60mm still uses the 400V power supply. The practical touchscreen control makes operation simple, and 99 programs with up to eight bending angles can be saved. The ramp function (slow acceleration and deceleration of the bending axis) also increases precision and improves bend quality in the starting and end area. Modern control technology with graphical display allows simple and comfortable operation. The integrated LAN and USB interfaces complete the options for data exchange. The power hydraulics ensure higher conveyor output and short secondary times, which reduces the cycle time per bend. With the optional rotation stop or the quick-clamping chuck, the production volume for serial parts can also be increased. Size retention is ensured in both serial parts and individual components.
