The company’s range of mill consumables and spare parts includes impeder assemblies, ferrite cores, epoxy glass casing, HF induction coils, carbide scarfing inserts and tool holders for external weld bead scarfing. Mechanical parts include universal shafts, mill gear reducers and gearboxes, and wear and tear mechanical parts. Smaco also provides related equipment for the pipe industry with its selected partner for slitting lines, shearing lines, pipe galvanising plant, coil processing lines, and pipe mill upgrading services.

In the last two years the company has installed a complete 12" API pipe mill line with end facer and hydro tester in Pakistan; a 6" API pipe mill line with end facer and packaging machine in the UAE; a 4" x 4" square forming and welding mill to produce high tensile material with 950 Mpa yield strength; a 6" automatic pipe threading machine; a six-head pipe hydro tester; and various mill and finishing equipment. Smaco’s cold saw flying cut-off uses standard Siemens control and Siemens servo drive with the company’s flying cut-off software for pipe mill applications.
