Bodor X260A fibre laser cutter for cleaner and more precise tube cutting

ready when the previous one is being processed. When unloading, finished parts will be automatically transferred to storage room, sparing the need to separate from leftover materials. Bodor X260A can cut tubes of up to 6,500mm length and carry a maximum of 220kg weight. The minimum length of leftover material can reach 66mm, saving as much material as possible.

The smart auto-centering chuck on Bodor X260A, which is suitable for tubes of 0.5-10mm wall thickness, has also been designed to offer outstanding control of precision and torque. With the auto-centering function, clamping tubes of the wrong size and clamping deformation for thin tubes are avoided completely. According to Bodor, users only need to put the whole bundle of tubes on the loading device, then the tubes will be automatically sorted and loaded and the next tube will be prepared This type of steel has ductility, toughness, fatigue resistance and is lighter than structural steels, which the customer is committed to using in the fastening systems for the mining industry tunnels.
