New customer portal Thermatool’s customer portal (Figure 4) is available around the clock and offers instant access to technical support and process knowledge. For new HF welders placed into operation, this portal provides timely information, easily accessible from a computer or tablet. Access specific product information and services, receive product announcements and stay up-to-date with critical process and operations data. The Thermatool Customer Portal provides online service and support, which is quick and effective. It also keeps a record of consumable and spare parts usage for each machine. Users can access product-specific information, download manuals, assembly drawings and part lists, as well as access a technical papers library that covers various applications and topics. The portal also includes the latest weld rate calculators to help users optimise production rates and efficiency. Setup guides and tutorial videos are also available on the portal for users’ convenience. Thermatool is also excited to offer IIoT cellular connectivity, which is now available on select welders, as part of a
