FLEXIBLE clear containment piping systems are designed to offer a reliable method of protecting and preserving fluids and odours that may potentially leak out of places where leaks are likely to occur. These systems consist of flexible, transparent materials that enclose the primary piping, creating a secondary flexible enclosure coverage to prevent leaks from reaching the external environment. Flexible clear containment piping systems are not the same as double containment, or secondary containment piping systems. These systems can only be alone on the leakage prone place containment protection, such as flange, pipe fittings, valves and pumps. Installation is simple and inexpensive, and can avoid splash cover only spray protection. The liquid will drop to the floor and soil and does not provide effective protection of the environment against leaks. These liquids, odours and VOCs fugitive emission leaks can be avoided using flexible and transparent materials such as PVC and FEP, PU, PTFE. The cover can retain a certain volume of leaking liquid or gas, cover the end of the pipe using self-fusing silicone tape and clamp technology.
