Kusakabe for all your pipe mill equipment
KUSAKABE Electric & Machinery Co Ltd of Japan, a pipe and tube mill manufacturer, is continually developing, innovating and improving the design and manufacture of pipe and tube mills for the international market. From oil and gas to automotive and general engineering applications, Kusakabe can supply the whole mill or individual pieces of equipment to meet customers’ production requirements. All of the equipment is designed and built in Japan to exacting Japanese standards. For the strip accumulator section of the mills there are horizontal loopers, vertical floops and a range of specially designed storage systems to meet the diverse needs of the customers. For the forming section of the mill Kusakabe has on offer, conventional sub base mills, rotary turret mills, universal forming and cage forming sections. For the sizing section of the mill there are: rotary sizing mills and modular sizing mills for round products and cassette mills for square and rectangular products. Rotary
sizing mills are for high precision products, modular sizing mills for high speed and large reductions. For the cut off section of the mill Kusakabe can provide 2, 3 and 4 bladed milling cut offs. Flying double cut shears, rotary disc cut offs, cold saw and friction saws. For the mill exit section Kusakabe have on offer a range of tube and pipe handling systems and post processing equipment including run out tables, end facing, sizing and threading machines and automatic stacking and packing machines. Over a
number of years Kusakabe has developed the technology and machinery to produce small diameter heavy wall tubes for the automotive industry, as well as laser mills and high frequency mills for stainless steel and other exotic materials.
