In Russia, three new Bronx/Taylor-Wilson straighteners (six and ten roll machines) have been delivered to the TMK Group, for installation at TMK’s Sinara, Tagmet and Volzhsky works. The company has also shipped another pipe tester for the TMK’s Volzhsky plant for API 5CT product up to 339.7mm at pressures above 100 MPA. There is also another BTW hydrotester that is being installed at Tagmet in Russia for API 5CT product up to 273.1mm at pressures above 100 MPA. Interpipe, the leading producer of API pipe in Ukraine, has awarded Bronx International several large projects. Two API 13⅜" pipe straightening machines will be installed in 2008, together with a Bronx 13⅜" hydrostatic pipe testing machine to address the alternative pressures required within the stringent demands of the growing OCTG market. A highly advanced partner to Bronx, Abbey International is the manufacturer of a wide range of tube mills. The mill sizes range from 3" diameter to 26" diameter. Currently the company has many international projects for industries including oil and gas, automotive, and construction. Abbey International has recently delivered a high-speed 3" mill line. The line is capable of producing rounds, rectangles, and squares at 600ft/min. This project includes Abbey’s patented CCT Quick Change System. The Continuous Cart Transfer (CCT) is a driven cart system that is designed to receive sub-plated mill sections during semi-automated changeover of the mill. It eliminates the use of an overhead crane for sub-base exchange. With this system, very fast changeover times are possible, thus substantially reducing mill downtime. The payback on this system is extremely quick especially when frequent tool changes are required. The company has also won two orders from special automotive mills for producing stainless steel tubing. One is a 3.5" mill line due for delivery in summer and another is a 6" mill line due for delivery later in the year. Both orders utilize Abbey’s Transition Beam Forming Section (TBS ® ), the patented system that provides an expanded capability of forming, creating high quality pipe over a wide range of sizes. The 3.5" mill line will also feature a special compression forming system. Other orders that Abbey International has accepted are for a special coil tubing

mill for the oil industry, a heavy 5" mill for the oil industry, and a heavy 5" mill Line for the structural industry. The special coil-tubing mill will produce high strength tubing for oil wells. Abbey International has incorporated numerous special features for making precision coil tubing and line pipe for API. The 5" structural mill line is a heavy wall mill incorporating high speed and quick- change capabilities. This mill line is able to produce rounds, squares, and rectangles at 400ft/min.
