Bending machinery and tooling for a range of applications

CML USA Inc is the manufacturer of tube, pipe and profile bending machinery. With 40 years of experience, the company offers a wide variety of Ercolina ® pipe benders, tube and pipe benders and tooling for round and square tube.

The company has recently launched a new model in its Ercolina ® range. The 050KD Economy Top Bender is suited to bending tube, pipe, squares, rectangles, solids and other profiles. The machine bends ferrous and non-ferrous materials from ¼" to 2½", and is compatible with Ercolina’s two axis A40/P positioning table for multiple and sequential bends. A heavy-duty gear case accommodates radii up to 11⅞" centreline radius, and standard tooling is available in multiple radii from stock with CLR as small as two times diameter. Operator friendly control programs bend angles to 180° with individual springback setting. A linear scale provides visual reference of counter bend axis and increased repeatability, and a standard motor brake ensures bend angle accuracy. The Ercolina 050KD patented swing away counter bending die vice allows quick loading and unloading of workpieces, while a hex mount patented tooling system allows rapid changeover.
