THE cleaning of pipes and shafts can be, especially in the case of internal cleaning, a special challenge for conventional cleaning devices like washing machines, high pressure and ultrasound. The difficulties still increase with small diameters or long and curved pipes. For this case ph-cleantec with its universal low pressure hot cleaning technology offers a simple and extremely flexible alternative. The basic concept of this device technology consists of hand-guided systems operating with low pressure (up to max. 14 bar) and high water temperature (up to 95°C). By means of an electrical flow heater the technology is ready for operation within 1 minute and the low pressure makes sure that nothing is damaged and that the procedure can be used in the workshop without affecting humans and environment. diameter of 4mm in desired lengths are available. Therefore it is possible to clean sensitive components in the inner area also if there are curvatures and close passages. Of course the procedure is suited for the outside cleaning of shafts, pipes and cubic components. Larger and heavy parts can be cleaned on stationary collectors with desired dimensions and the water is reprocessed by a special recycling procedure and can therefore be operated in the circulation. Besides the close-to-process parts cleaning the ph-cleantec cleaning devices can also be used in the field of machine maintenance. To be mentioned particularly is the possibility for cleaning tool machines directly with the used cooling lubricant.
