Wafios RBV 60 HD CNC tube bending machine

WAFIOS Tube Automation will present itself for the first time as part of the Wafios Group at Tube 2016. The focus of its cooperation is on the development of future-orientated automation solutions in tube bending technology. A highlight on the company’s stand will be the automatic production cell for fluid systems, consisting of a newly developed separation system and the latest machinery from the BMZ line, plus robot technology and end-working machines from the RU line of Wafios Tube Automation. Another highlight will be the world premiere of the Wafios RBV 60 HD stabiliser bar bending machine, with a nominal bending performance of 30kN.

Tees and crosses BTH Elstar Sp zoo, founded in 1995, is a trader and producer of a wide range of stainless steel products for various branches of industry. The company produces tees according to standards EN 10253-3 and DIN 11852, crosses and collectors from stainless steel within the size range DN20- DN400, and pipe clamps in the size range DN10 to DN250, with or without support. Elstar’s leading product is the tee of the EN 10253-3 standard. The company recently improved production and introduced a passivation process. Its factory in Elblag in the north of Poland is able to produce stainless steel tees and crosses, as well as non-typical pipeline elements such as collectors, according to individual needs and designs. The company’s main goal is to deliver comprehensive service, including technical support and delivery of fittings for the food industry, threaded fittings, welded fittings, industrial valves and pipes.
