VaultSafe products from Val-Matic

Val-Matic’s VaultSafe ® products are designed to protect potable water systems from contaminated floodwaters, freezing temperatures and intentional harmful contamination. The range consists of the FloodSafe inflow preventer, the FrostSafe air damper and the VentSafe vent pipe security cage. FloodSafe prevents contaminated water from passing through, and prevents it from entering the air valve outlet and compromising the potable water system with its dual chambers and float checks. FrostSafe minimises the thermal exchange of cold and warm air in and out of a vault to help prevent freezing with a bi-directional hingeless disc and wafer design. VentSafe protects vent pipes against the hazards of nesting animals and intentional harmful activities because of its hemispherical screened security cage. Val-Matic also has a number of valves that can handle the demands of the sewage treatment process, removing contaminants from wastewater, including household sewage and run-off. The objective is to produce an environmentally safe fluid waste stream and treated sludge suitable for disposal or reuse. The QuadroSphere ® ball valve and Cam-Centric ® plug valves with unobstructed flow paths, sewage air valves with 2" cleanouts and check valves able to pass a 3" solid can all handle the demands of this process.
