Marking metals in a practical manner REA Jet develops and manufactures industrial coding and marking systems for contact-free industrial marking. The portfolio includes ink jet printers, laser and spray mark systems, labelling solutions, and inks and consumables. Effective coding andmarking of products is a challenge for the metal working industry. Heat, dust and moisture can affect the process. REA Jet presents sturdy systems that can cope with such conditions, and can easily be integrated into existing infrastructures. The large character inkjet printer REA Jet DOD 2.0 has a speed of 600m/min and increased durability of the print heads. Using a new high-tech material, wear and tear is reduced. Production precision has also been optimised. The printing system with IP-65 protection class has been further improved for harsh impacts within industrial environments. The integrated VNC server supports remote maintenance, diagnosis and assistance, if required.
