In LAN cable production, Sampsistemi is able to supply customers with the whole range of machines involved in the process, from rod breakdown lines, single wire drawing machines in tandem with skin-foam-skin lines, twinners/quadders and group twinners for the laying-up process up to the sheathing lines. In addition, Sampsistemi and its service division C2S are equipped to manage complex machinery upgrades and complete retro ts thanks to their knowledgeable service and spare part department, enabling the end user to increase equipment reliability and minimise costs.

In terms of innovation, Sampsistemi’s approach to Industry 4.0 is a scalable solution with di erent tools, developed with cloud technology, designed to upgrade existing lines at customer plants. All of these tools are available for HMI, PC and mobile devices. Applications are designed for di erent user pro les, from the operator to the maintenance team, from the production manager to the technology development team.
