Advantages of the two-roll yer system are: • Less vibration during machine operation • Larger loop and contact surface of the sanding belts • Less wear of the roller bearings by the support arm • Better sand belt tracking by increased roll diameter with 12 per cent larger belt contact surface • More stable roller guidance • Compatibility of yers and yer drives with SEZ-2-450 • Sanding belt dimensions of 1,440 x 300mm (l x w) The double pay-o D-ADT-A/K turntable is designed to pay o wire up to 2.33m/s from low-carbon wire rod coils, with wire diameter ranges from ø5.5 to 22mm and a maximum coil weight of 2.5t. The model D-ADT-A/K acts as a device for drawing o the wire from the coil in a controlled manner, determined by the rolling/drawing machine. A gear motor turns the top rotating frame 180° forwards and backwards in about 30 seconds, in order to guarantee both pay-o turntables’ interchangeable working process. The two turntables are kept apart from each other by means of a divider. During operation, only the turntable behind the divider is in operation. The other turntable stands still and can be loaded.
