• The B 36 Performance CNC wire bending machine. The Performance machines are produced in Zhangjiagang, China, where WAFIOS has its own production facility. Engineering processes take place at the company’s headquarters in Reutlingen, Germany, harnessing the design expertise that has been established there over many years. Even in the most basic con gurations, Performance machines are designed to suit commonly handled applications, but it is also possible to obtain a de ned package of additional options. All Performance machines work with a high-end control system, generally the latest version of the WPS 3.2 Easy Way. The aim was to develop machines where even the basic version addresses the needs of a large customer base. • The G450-2 spring end grinding machine, two-plate version, was developed for the most commonly handled applications. It operates with a high performance cooling and extraction concept, a rigid dressing unit with two axes, and laser sensors for the automatic positioning and compensation of the grinding wheels.
