The dies are made from high quality raw materials – VNT nano, PCD and carbide – that enable them to be both efficient and durable. Climate friendly bow tackles energy prices The patented GreenBow2 is a closed-bow model that can provide energy savings on high-speed double-twist bunchers (560 to 800mm). Made of high-resistance aero-qualified moulded carbon, GreenBow2 has improved air penetration owing to its shape and a totally protected wire path. As a result, the final cable presents better characteristics, as wires are protected from aerodynamic turbulence. The risk of bow crashes is limited as there is no more cable “whip” effect: wires run through the composite, inside an easily removable wearing tube. GreenBow2 can be equipped with two different wire paths, depending on production requirements: spring tube for bare copper; or plastic tube for plated copper (tin, silver or nickel plated). It is available for Kinrei HK/NB560 and HK/ NB630; Niehoff D630, D631, D632 and D801; Samp BM 630; Northampton B630; SETIC TA560Ni, TC/TD560Ni, TA630Ni, TA630Ki, TC/TD630i and TC/TD 800Ni; and Lesmo DTO-630.
