Drawing the finest wires with the E10 drawing machine requires absolutely vibration-free operation, which we guarantee with sturdy sheet steel machine housings and perfectly balanced drawing and spooler shafts. Our innovative automation concept for SM36 take ups is very easy to operate and leads to perfect spooling results. For the finest wires, the sensitive spooler tension control down to 3 cN, combined with fully automatic edge correcti on, plays a decisive role in ensuring uniform pulley winding. The SM02 fine wire rewinder delivers absolutely reliable results to maximize added value while combining ease of operation with maximum efficiency.
