Windak packaging equipment includes automatic coilers and spoolers, payoffs and take-ups, rewind lines, palletizing and pallet handling systems. At IWCS 2015 Windak will introduce its Auto Reeler AR24. The Auto Reeler AR24 is a fully automatic reeler for automatic packaging of cable andwireproducts on spools or reels between 298mm and 609mm diameter. It can be run both in-line (in direct connection with an extruder) and off-line, and automatically loads and unloads the empty reels. The machine output is two reels per minute. The unit requires minimal floor space, and when combined with the integrated palletizer makes a complete automatic spooling line with a short investment payback.
