Cubs Acquisition Corporation, a wholly owned
subsidiary of Southwire Company, has successfully
completed its previously announced tender offer for
all outstanding shares of common stock of Coleman
Cable Inc.
The offer expired on 10
th
February 2014 and following
consummation of the offer, Southwire expected to
complete the acquisition of Coleman through a
merger. Upon completion of the merger, Coleman will
become a wholly owned subsidiary of Southwire.
