Copperweld Group, a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, has acquired Seminole Wire and Cable. Seminole manufactures plastic-extruded wire products used in a variety of end markets andapplications, includingblasting and connecting wire for mining, and AV wire for broadcasting.

The company was founded in 1962 and is headquartered in Pennsauken, New Jersey.
