While there, he developed and implemented strategic business initiatives, including Conair’s film and sheet group, where he recently served as general manager and national sales manager. Prior to that he was director of sales for Merritt-Davis, now part of Davis Standard. For the first 15 years of his career he was global director of sales and marketing for Beringer where he worked with Bart Jones, founder of Extek and one of the founding collaborators of PSI-Polymer Systems.At Beringer,Macnamara guided product line direction, established Beringer Europe and grew the company’s Asian base. Commenting on his appointment, Macnamara said: “This is truly an exciting time for small businesses in our industry.”

PSI-Polymer Systems has appointed Don Macnamara as its new general manager. Macnamara, a 27-year industry veteran, will report to PSI’s owner, Glenn Woodcock, and will coordinate strategic development and over- see all daily business operations.
