Acquisition has it taped

Kentucky-based LLFlex has acquired a wire and cable armoring tapes segment from Web Industries. The assets of the Web Industries’ bare metal armoring tapes slitting division, which includes the slitting and related assets for the production of coated and uncoated copper and aluminum cable wraps and armor tapes, will be integrated into the production infrastructure at LLFlex’s newest facility in High Point, North Carolina. With the influx of skilled labor, technical personnel, sophisticated equipment and optimized production

layout, the plant will significantly expand LLFlex’s output capacity.
