single layers and because each semi- deflector is tuned to flush. Conventional deflectors must achieve a balance between simultaneously flushing, balancing and eliminating the weld line. There is less difference between the slowest moving material and the fastest moving material in the deflector channels, thus making the viscosity more consistent in the deflector. Analyzer cable range Fairview Microwave, a supplier of on- demand microwave and RF components, has introduced a new series of rugged, portable, phase stable RF analyzer cables. Typicalapplicationsareexpectedtoinclude handheld network analyzers, base-station analyzers, portablespectrumanalyzers, field testing, tower measurements, distance-to- fault measurements and site maintenance. Fairview’s 19 new portable, RF analyzer models are designed for optimal amplitude and phase stability with flexure. They deliver a maximum operating frequency of 27GHz and VSWR as low as 1.2:1, depending on the model. The rugged cables feature a UV-resistant jacket, stainless steel body connectors, and silver-plated copper cable conductors, as well as a multi-layer armor for torque resistance and 1,200psi of crush resistance. Operating temperature range is between –55°C and 105°C.

Test cables are available with 7/16, N, SMA, TNC or 3.5mm connector options, and test data is included with each serialized assembly.
