US-based renewable energy developer Scout Clean Energy has completed construction of the 180MW Heart of Texas (HTX) wind farm. Located in McCulloch County, construction works for the HTX wind facility began in September 2019. Scout’s founder andCEO, Michael Rucker, said: “Heart of Texas was completed on time and under budget, which is quite an achievement given the widespread disruption that COVID-19 has caused across the entire US economy.
