Increasing the range

Die Quip can now supply the Kamax range of hydraulic steel cutters and straighteners. Available with a maximum cutting capacity of 1.97″ with 63 tonnes of force, the hydraulic cutting heads feature a square piston, unlike the usual round pistons that can twist or bend under cutting stress. The Kamax wire straighteners are available with a maximum straightening capacity of 1.658″ with 41 tonnes of force.

Die Quip also supplies heavy duty hydraulic pumps, designed specifically to get optimal performance from the Kamax hydraulic cutting and straightening heads. The high volume pumps provide a fast cutting cycle with two-way solenoid valves. Pumps generate over 10,000 psi and are available with up to six-gallon capacity.
