Second peeling machine Baosteel has ordered a second Danieli peeling machine for its Baoshan plant, to be installed in March 2020. The new unit performs both cylindrical and conical shape bar peeling as well as bars up to 200mm diameter. The machine is compact, with stiffness guaranteed to ISO h8 tolerance in continuous production.

For hygiene and safety in food processing environments, circular shapes and smooth junctions, threads and seals were selected for the Han F+B range to ensure an easy-to- clean design.

Han F+B also meets IP69K requirements for resistance to water jet washing.

Coupling and uncoupling is simple and quick; if machine downtime occurs, operators no longer need to open a cable gland on the control cabinet to decouple devices. Costly detaching and re-establishing of hardwired connections is eliminated and machine downtimes are reduced.
