Easing expansion by acquisition

Klüber Lubrication has acquired Traxit International GmbH and its subsidiaries, making Traxit Group a further division of the Klüber Lubrication Group. Traxit supplies dry and wet lubricants and coating agents for wire drawing applications, with manufacturing sites in Germany, China and the United States. “We have been pursuing an active acquisition strategy for many years with a view to expanding the existing businesses by further value-added services.
