Acquisition boosts range

BJG Electronics has completed the acquisition of Whitmor/Wirenetics of Valencia, California. Whitmor/Wirenetics has supplied wire, cable and tubing to the military, aerospace and satellite industries for over 50 years.

In conjunction with the transaction, BJG announced that Rick Flora, formerly president of BJG Electronics, has been named CEO of the BJG Electronics Group.

“The combination of BJG, CTL [Connector Tech LLC] andWhitmor/Wirenetics completes the evolution of BJG from a regional connector specialist to one of the largest full-line distributors of mil-aero interconnect components in North America,” said Flora.
