The all-electric DH4010VGP wire bending machine from BLM Group

No-twist bending

BLM Group USA has announced its all- electricDH4010VGPwirebendingmachine.

The machine cuts wire free from the coil before the bending operation begins, so eliminating the twisting that can occur when making flat bent wire parts from coil. Thebender canbe fed fromcoil stock or use pre-cut straight lengths of wire in diameters up to 0.39 inch.

The DH4010VGP features twin turrets and twin heads for complex wire bending jobs.

It is suitable for medium to long part lengths with multiple bends, symmetric parts, and parts that close back onto themselves.
