Expansion plans

Accel International Holdings, of Meriden, Connecticut, has plans to develop a new manufacturing facility in Port St Lucie, Florida. The company is scheduled to break ground later this year on the selected ten-acre site. According to Anthony Oh, Accel’s president and CEO, an overall capital investment of $55 million includes acquiring a total of 40 acres to allow for further expansion in the future.
