Further planning for planned community

The city of Mission Viejo, California, has engaged Magellan advisors to carry out a fiber optic feasibility study. Magellan consultants will assist the city in evaluating the feasibility of developing a fiber optic network. High speed broadband is seen as a critical infrastructure for the global digital economy, and the city of Mission Viejo recognizes the need for this infrastructure for municipal operations and economic

growth. The city and Magellan will work with municipal departments and local stakeholders to determine the community’s immediate and future broadband needs. Magellan will investigate the various options of broadband business models, guiding the Mission Viejo leadership in determining the most practical model to meet the needs of the Mission Viejo community.
