Reel increase

Madem-Moorecraft Reels USA, located in Tarboro, North Carolina, has announced plans to install its second automated nailed wooden reel production line by June 2019. The $2 million investment will double the current production rate at the Tarboro plant. Both current and future production lines will operate around the clock.

“We’re fortunate that the Tarboro, NC wooden reels plant will be able to double production after the first year of activities.” Stephen Redhage, vice-president and general manager, added: “The additional capacity will support plans to increase our North American network of assembly and distribution centers.”
