MFL Group, through its company Koch Machinery and Technology GmbH, has acquired a controlling 51percent stake in Morgan-Koch Corporation of Worcester, Massachusetts. supplies services, upgrades and spare parts for Koch, Morgan and Vaughn lines in North America. The company will continue to represent FIB and Krollman, and will closely cooperate with MFL USA Service Corporation. Morgan-Koch Corporation
