The machine, for 630mm flange bobbins, is available in two versions for strand pitch: mechanical by gear couple or with capstan electronic control. Features include a maximum kinematic speed of 3,500 rpm, assembly following high quality standards, and top-level components to ensure long product life. With a focus on research, the company owns 23 state patents. Its numerical control processing equipment includes bore machine, processing centre (vertical/ horizontal), lathes, milling machine, and milling and drilling machine, as well as horizontal lathes and common portal milling.

Double twist bunching machine ABZ, a wire and cable machine supplier in China, focuses on manufacturing slip type/no-slip type RBD, rigid frame stranding machines with separated motors, high speed tubular stranding machines, drum twisters and planetary type stranding machines.

To cover the small strand market (0.16 to 7mm 2 ), the company produces a high level double twister bunching machine, designed in cooperation with a European engineering team.
