Ms Arena joined Web Industries in 2016 as corporate human resources manager and was promoted a year later to senior director of human resources. Her first mission at the company was to develop a strategy to refine and scale the HR organisation. As an employee owned company (ESOP), Web Industries places emphasis on the development, satisfaction and retention of its workforce.

Web Industries Inc, a provider of contract converting and turnkey manufacturing services in the medical, aerospace and industrial sectors, has promoted Kathrin Doyle Arena to the position of vice president of human resources, with a focus on fostering the company’s employee-owner culture and helping to sustain and grow the business in the USA and globally.

CEO Mark Pihl commented, “During Kathy’s six years at Web Industries, she and her team have made great strides in building a global HR infrastructure that can keep up with our growth. LaserLinc names Andrew Reid as regional sales manager

Andrew Reid

LaserLinc, a provider of open, scalable measurement and process control solu tions, has appointed Andrew Reid as re gional sales manager for the Northeastern USA, Quebec and the Canadian Maritime Provinces. Mr Reid will be responsible for creating new business opportunities and managing customer relationships in the region, which was previously managed by LaserLinc sales partner Tom Shoup.

Mr Stock was intensively associated with the company until the end, and was an example and role model.
