Leading US manufacturer chooses DieTronic antirust technology for tube mills DIETRONIC Lubrication Systems

The Antirust spray system is designed to automatically apply a precise and accurate film of rust prevention oil to the surface of pipes, tubes and profiles. This application is possible directly in the tube mill and automatically adjusts proportionally to line speed. Even when the line speed is changed Antirust will maintain the same homogenous layer at the pre-set g/m². This brings the total number of Antirust systems installed globally to more than 220. Located in the western US, the fence producer completed the successful installation of a DieTronic Antirust system in 2018. This first investment was to eliminate rust claims they were experiencing with inventory and shipments. The benefit was quickly realised and claims reduced by 90 per cent.
