GMP’s range of reels ❍ Just one of the options from GMP Slovakia

Tilting unit mechanical is available. This model is usually placed in the ground and carries reels and coils up to five tons. It can be supplied with a rolling system where the operator places the reel in horizontal axis position for the strapping operation. Both TL-Tilter and TU/M-Tilting unit mechanical models are designed by the technical department and provided with documentation as requested by law, and CE marked. GMP Slovakia’s range of products includes reels and drums for the wire and cable industry, take-apart reels for coil production and handling equipment such as tilters and lifters for reels and coils. The two standard devices to tilt reels and coils are models TL-Tilter and TU/M-Tilting unit mechanical. The TL-Tilter is suitable to tilt 90° reels with a maximum flange diameter of 800mm and has loading capacity of one ton. There are three versions of the device – a standard version for reels with central tubes with hubs; an all-through version suitable for reels with central tube without hubs; and a third version which takes the reel from the outside diameter of the flange.
