warehouse space, for all aspects of non-ferrous wire and cable production. During wire Düsseldorf 2020, the company will showcase pictures, video and an interactive presentation of its inventory. Beverages and snacks will be available within the expanded lounge area. An enclosed meeting room will be available for private project discussions.

The B7 stud line from bars can cut, chamfer, stamp and thread. The VAS-20-DBQL fully automatic bent bolt machine from coil will be shown in production. It manufactures U-bolts, anchor bolts and eye bolts by pulling the wire from coil, straightening it, cutting to length, threading rolls on both sides and bending to shape. The machine has been designed with an adjustable bending die, allowing the operator to produce any size of U-bolt within the machine range, while changing only the bending hammer. Typical production rates are 60 to 120 ppm. The VA-20-ES planetary thread roller with closed structure and computerised match system will also be shown in production. It is used for thread rolling pre-hardened and hard-to-feed fasteners. The machine controls the feed position and indexes the feed to a fresh start point, increasing die life. It is also equipped with Videx’s Controlled Feed system, for threading lap-free threads on any material. Other features include hydraulic clamp of the thread rolling dies and quick set-up facilities. Typical production rates are 200 to 320 ppm, with a maximum of 640 ppm.
