Pourtier to deliver a 130 wire rigid stranding line to NKT Germany

POURTIER develops and produces heavy-duty rotating machines for the production of all types of power and control cables. With more than 700 drum twisters and 120 rigid stranding and planetary lines commissioned all over the world, Pourtier remains as a major company for machines for the production of low and medium voltage cable up to high and extra-high voltage power cable. The company’s know-how and leadership has been recognised by NKT Germany, awarding Pourtier a multimillion euro contract for the supply of a new 130 wire rigid stranding line for the production of 3,500mm 2 Cu round compacted cable, and 4,000mm 2 Al round compacted cable.
