Compact spark tester with 30mm diameter measuring range

Another pair of feeding rollers guides the wire to the cutting system. Once the desired wire length is achieved, the rotating shear cuts the wire, and the bar is ejected into the collector tray.

The tester is suitable for applications including hairpin wire, flat automotive power conductors, coiling, packaging, stranding and conductor insulating. The maximum diameter is 30mm with bead chain electrodes and 30 x 30mm for flat brush electrodes, and the output voltage range is 0.5 to 10 kV DC.
