Celebrating 95 years of developing NDT instruments and solutions

Magnetic Analysis Corp (MAC®) is celebrating its 95 th anniversary of service to the metals industry. The company was founded in a small facility in Long Island City, New York, USA, in 1928. Today, operating on an international scale, the non destructive testing specialist helps metal manufacturers around the world to meet demanding specifications for eddy current, ultrasonic, phased array ultrasonic and flux leakage test systems, along with application-specific material handling. MAC’s non-destructive test systems can be found testing wire, tube and parts in mills around the world. The company operates three major facilities: an ISO 9001-2015-certified manufacturing and engineering head- quarters in Elmsford, New York, USA; a manufacturing and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 laboratory-certified plant in Boardman, Ohio, USA; and Magnetic Analysis Nordic’s manufacturing plant in Östersund, Sweden.
