Steel wire ropes Tianjin Huayuan Tianlun Rope Industry Co, established in 2009, is affiliated to Tianjin Huayuan Industrial Group and is a direct subsidiary of Tianjin Huayuan Times Metal Products Co. Its factory covers an area of around 300 acres, and has an annual production capacity of 12,000 tons of elevator ropes and 3,000 tons of special steel wire ropes. The company operates more than 300 sets of production machinery and more than 50 sets of testing equipment. It has a municipal enterprise technology centre, and a technology-based small and medi um-sized enterprise in Tianjin, China. In recent years, Tianlun Rope has undertaken a number of major municipal projects and achieved scientific and technological progress. It currently has

more than 50 patents authorised by China’s State Intellectual Property Office. The company has established strategic partnerships with upstream and downstream partners to form an industrial value chain and jointly develop high-value-added products, including QYL1 and QYL2 wire rods and SWRS82B-T. In the internal production process, the company pursues advantages such as optimisation of wire rod, hemp yarn, grease, twisting process and tooling. Customised production can be carried out according to different customer needs. Tianlun Rope has continuously increased investment in technology, and achieved new breakthroughs in products such as compacted strand wire ropes and super forged wire ropes. The Huayuan group has single-wire production lines, allowing Tianlun Rope to strictly control quality from the start to the end. Achieving secure mating with micro-coax cable assemblies Amphenol RF has expanded its cable assembly offerings with additional MCX and MMCX cable assemblies designed on flexible 1.13mm micro-coax cable. The 50-ohm assemblies are available in a variety of plug and jack configurations that terminate to ultra-miniature AMC and AMC4 connectors. The robust mechanical MCX design makes the assemblies suitable for rugged applications with space constraints, such as drones and consumer devices. The smaller MMCX to AMC or AMC4 cable assemblies are used to make connections between PCBs and modules in tight spaces for IoT infrastructure. MCX and MMCX connectors are manufactured with brass bodies, while the AMC and AMC4 connectors feature a gold- or silver-plated phosphor bronze body. The assembly offers secure and reliable mating with the quick connect/disconnect snap-on coupling mechanism.

The cable assemblies join a collection of MCX and MMCX connectors that are designed to terminate to various micro-coax cable types. The products are often mounted externally on a panel while the micro-coax termination is routed easily within an enclosure to mate with the appropriate PCB or adapter interface.
