Tecalsa/Reisucal has announ- ced the agreement of collaboration which has been reached with the company Secat Pte (Saturn Engineering Consulting & Trading Pte), based in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. The agreement was signed by Kien Nguyễn, vice director of Secat Pte, and Ruben González, sales manager of Tecalsa SL.
