Butt welders are used in wire drawing, cable manufacturing and wire fabricating companies all over the world. Annealing devices are available for annealing of the weld joints in carbon steel wire. Machines are available for butt welding of stranded copper and aluminium conductors with sectional areas of 0.12 to 1,500mm² and for welding the stranded conductors within glass, ceramic or graphite sleeves. Special welders are available for welding of steel cord, bead wire and many other wire products. Ideal is also known in the market for the development and manufacture of wire mesh welders as well as jig welders for various wire articles.
