Niehoff GmbH & Co KG Booth F13
At wire Southeast Asia 2007, machine manufacturer Maschinenfabrik Niehoff GmbH & Co KG will present the NPS SV400 type spooler. The SV400 is part of the Niehoff Package System (NPS) and can spool automotive insulated wires at a speed of up to 400m/min. The spool size is 400mm NPS. It was developed mainly for high- speed production of automotive wires and developed especially for dismountable multi-way spools made of ABS plastic. The spoolers use a patented wire-laying technology to spool the wires conically onto these spools, which offer a secure, stable and tangle free package both when full or partially empty. The NPS spools allow easy pay-off of the cable from top, can be fully dismantled and require less transport space compared with any other package. In Europe, the NPS system has almost entirely replaced all other alternatives.
